بدأت عمليات إنتاج الطابوق قبل أكثر من ٣٥ عاماً ونجحنا خلال هذه الفترة في إنتاج وتوريد أكثر من ٢٠٠ مليون طابوقة اسمنتية للعديد من المشاريع العمرانية.
بدأت عمليات انتاج الطابوق في الغرير للإنشاءات عام ١٩٧٦، ومنذ ذلك الوقت يواصل مصنعنا تطبيق وتوظيف أحدث التقنيات التي تشهدها هذه الصناعة على المستوى العالمي. وقد مكنتنا آلاتنا الألمانية التي تدار بالحاسب الآلي بالكامل من تحقيق قفزة ضخمة في طاقتنا الانتاجية بحيث نوفر لعملائنا منتجات مبتكرة جديدة مثل طابوق الستيرول المعزول والطابوق خفيف الوزن وأحجار الرصف المتداخلة.
وقد حصلت عمليات الطابوق في الغرير للانشاءات بأكملها على شهادة الآيزو لأنظمة إدارة الجودة وإدارة البيئة بالإضافة إلى شهادة أو إتش اس ايه اس لمجموعة تقدير الصحة والسلامة المهنية. إن كل الخامات المستخدمة في الطابوق تخضع لاختبارات الجودة وفق أرقى المعايير العالمية كما تقوم بلدية دبي باختبار منتجاتنا بعد خروجها من المصنع للحصول على شهادات المواصفات منها قبل توريدها للعملاء.

Masonry
Since setting up more than 35 years ago, we have successfully manufactured and delivered more than 200 million concrete blocks to numerous construction projects.
Al Ghurair Construction- Masonry's operation has been manufacturing concrete blocks since 1976. During that time our plant has been constantly updated to embrace the very latest technology the industry has to offer.Fully computerized German machineries have allowed us to dramatically increase our capacity and to produce innovative new products such as insulated styrol blocks, lightweight blocks and interlocking paving stones.
The Al Ghurair Construction-Masonry's operation is fully ISO certified in both quality management and environmental management systems – with an additional OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series).All our incoming raw materials are strenuously tested to the highest international standards and our finished products are tested by Dubai Municipality who must issue Certificates of Compliance before deliveries are made.
